• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts is detected, all bonuses will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive weekly cashback based on their net losses for that week. For example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the maximum cashback would be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank) can be used to deposit at bb44 bed. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The same minimum limit applies across all methods.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same payment methods can be used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

5.3 Transaction Authenticity

All deposits and withdrawals must be made from the registered member's own payment method. Using a third party's account or another person's payment method for transactions may result in account suspension. If any discrepancy is found in a transaction, bb44 bed reserves the right to hold the withdrawal until an investigation is completed.

5.4 Taxes and Responsibility

Any taxes or government levies applicable to winnings are the sole responsibility of the member to pay. bb44 bed is not in a position to provide legal advice on this matter.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet will only be considered final once the bb44 bed system has successfully confirmed it. If a bet is cancelled due to a disconnection, technical error, or system issue, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Bet Results and Disputes

All match results are determined based on the relevant official sources. If a dispute arises over any result, the member must notify the support team within 72 hours. No claims will be accepted after this period.

6.3 Odds Changes

The odds set at the time a bet is accepted will apply for sports betting. Even if odds change during an event, the odds of a previously accepted bet will not change. However, if abnormal odds are displayed due to an error, bb44 bed reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.4 Technical Issues

bb44 bed's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is listed below:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Members can gradually move up to higher tiers based on consistent activity and betting. bb44 bed reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time, but existing members will be notified in advance.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person.
• Bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or placing bets with the intention of bypassing the bonus policy.
• Attempting to access an account or system through fraud, hacking, phishing, or any other illegal means.
• Placing multiple bets to seek risk-free profit (arbitrage) in a way that harms the platform.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Betting or gaming using software bots or automated tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

bb44 bed reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and report it to the relevant authorities.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by bb44 bed

If any provision of these Terms is breached, or if there is reasonable cause for suspicion, bb44 bed may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. If a violation is proven, the balance of that account may be forfeited.

9.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may close their own account by contacting the support team. Pending bets and withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed. Self-exclusion is also possible as part of responsible gaming — the support team will assist with this.

9.3 Return of Funds

If bb44 bed closes an account and the balance is not subject to forfeiture, the member's deposited funds will be returned to the registered payment method.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or disruption to third-party services.
• Account information being leaked or misused due to the member's own negligence.
• Internet connection problems or faults with the user's device.
